When is the 2027 Erin Express St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl in Philadelphia?+
Saturday, March 13, 2027 and Sunday, March 14, 2027, from 12 PM to 8 PM both days.
Where is check-in?+
Cavanaugh's Rittenhouse, 1913 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. There are 5+ check-in locations total — you only need to visit one to get your wristband and map.
How much are tickets?+
Tickets are sold on Eventbrite and prices increase as we get closer to the event, so buy early. Tickets are $20 cash at the door if we don't sell out first.
Is there a cover charge at the bars?+
No. There is no cover charge at any participating bar during crawl hours, as long as you're wearing your official Erin Express wristband.
Will there be buses or transportation?+
No. We've stopped using buses due to how densely packed the bars are in Center City. Everything is walkable.
What if the weather is bad?+
The Erin Express is a rain or shine event. It will not be cancelled for weather.
Where is the list of bars?+
Ticket holders get the full list of bar locations by email at least 3 days before the crawl. You'll also get a printed map and a digital map with Google walking directions at check-in.
Can I get a refund?+
No refunds. All sales are final. Tickets are transferable — just hand your ticket to a friend, like a concert or sports game.
I bought tickets for friends who aren't coming. What do I do?+
We have printed lists at check-in. Tell staff your friends' names and we'll cross them off the list and give you their wristbands.
Can I bring friends who don't have a ticket?+
Yes — tickets are $20 cash at the door, subject to availability.
What time is check-in?+
Check-in runs from 12 PM to 5 PM each day. Drink specials and free cover run until 8 PM.
Is this a 21+ event?+
Yes. This is a 21+ event and a valid state ID or passport is required.
I bought tickets on another site — will they work?+
We only sell tickets through Eventbrite and POSH under the name "Erin Express" — a registered trademark. If you bought elsewhere and it didn't clearly say Erin Express, it's likely a different crawl or a scam.
